To receive a 2012 AITR application
If you are an artist who would like to receive an application for AITR 2012, please email your name, paper-mail address, phone number and type of art or craft to info@hiawathamusic.org. Please indicate that you want an Artists in the Round application. We receive requests for food-concession apps, too, and it's not always obvious from the name which app is needed. Thank you!
In spring of 2012, a printable app will be available here, which you may complete and send with three photos of your work. That app will refer to a booth-site map, which you may see by clicking here. For a camping-area map, please scroll down this page.
Jurying for 2012 is expected in early May of that year.
Artists should only display and sell arts or crafts they have made themselves. All canopies, tents and tarps must be fireproof.
Our 2012 Festival dates are July 20-22, 2012.

Ishpeming Art on Ice Walking Art Tour
Ishpeming businesses are opening their doors and donating wall space to showcase local artists. The objective is to promote local artists and highlight area businesses. The event will take place from mid-March into April 2011. For more information, please call Stacey at Globe Printing, 906-485-1033; or the Ishpeming Chamber of Commerce, 906-486-1111.
An online opportunity
The Marquette area has a new business, MIUpperHand featuring U.P.-made goods. If you are an Upper Peninsula artist, you can check out this new effort to spread the good news about UP arts to displaced Yoopers around the world.
