We have contracted the following food concessionaires for the 2011 Hiawatha Festival. We hope you will enjoy some meals and snacks with them during the weekend.
Beaver Grove Bison of Marquette, Mich.: Grilled Bison Burgers & Bison Burritos, Giant Pickles, Candy.
B's Grill of Marquette: Roast Pork, Croatian Chicken, Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob, Dinner Rolls.
Domino's Pizza of Marquette: Pizza by the Slice, Breadsticks, Chicken, Pasta, Oven-Baked Sandwiches.
Donut Diner of Trenary, Mich.: Mini Donuts, Pretzels, Funnel Cakes, Nachos, Slusheez, Coffee, Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate.
Double T Treats of Marquette: Frozen Ice Cream Novelties, Canned Pop, Bottled Water.
Georgia's Greek Tasty Foods of Wood Dale, Ill.: Gyros, Chicken Divine, Sausage, Kabobs, Seafood Quesadillas, Seafood Platter, Cheesecake on a Stick, Lemonade.
Higher Ground Trading of Traverse City, Mich.: Hot coffee, cold coffee, espresso drinks.
Sweet or Salty of Marquette: Popcorn, Carmel Corn, Cotton Candy.
Rampagin' Cajun of Hurley, Wisc.: Jambalaya, Crawfish Etouffee, Gumbo, Fried Catfish, Shrimp, Tilapia, Frog Legs, French Fries, Cheese Curds, Pork Sandwich, Blackened Shrimp and Scallops, Dessert Apple and Punch.
T's Taste of Chicago of Republic, Mich.: Chicago-Style Hot Dogs, Chili-Cheese Dogs, Kraut Dogs, Brats, Polish Sausage, BBQ Pulled Pork, Italian Beef Sandwiches, Nachos, Nuts, Candy.
The Rubaiyat of Marquette: Lamb or Chicken Shawarma, Falafal Wraps, Greek Fries, Spanokopita, Hummus, Tabouli, Feta Spread, Baklava, Basil Lemonade

In early spring 2012, we will mail combined contract/applications for our event to our recent vendors and other interested food businesses. If you've asked to be considered and do not receive that mailing, please contact us, as noted above. Our 2012 Festival dates are July 20-22, 2012.
Please understand that our vendor space and electrical capacity are limited. Concessionaires in good standing from the previous year will be given first consideration. We reserve the right to decline any and all applications.
Our food vendors must meet safety standards and license requirements set by the Marquette County Health Department and the Marquette Fire Department - including all fireproof tents, canopies and tarps.
